We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Officer to join our client’s team in Abqaiq. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials used in pipeline operations. This position requires expertise in handling industrial equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of pipeline materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of materials received and dispatched.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures, including hazardous material handling.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and reporting.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast material requirements based on project needs.
- Supervise warehouse staff and optimize workflow for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations within the pipeline or oil & gas industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pipeline materials, fittings, and equipment.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, ERP/WMS systems, and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and handling of hazardous materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: SAR 4,500/ Month
