Waiter

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced Waiter with a flair for creating unforgettable dining experiences? Then you are the one we are looking for! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional table service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on menu items and daily specials, and communicate them effectively to guests.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Minimum 2 years as a Waiter in a high-energy environment.
• Prior experience working in Europe would be preferred.
• Those who know European or Balkan languages would be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and dining etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 5,000 + Generous Tips /Month
