Talent Acquisition Manager – Property Development

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in recruitment and client acquisition (real estate agencies) within the property development industry? Do you have a proven track record in sourcing top talents and acquiring real estate agents? If so, you might be the perfect fit for this role!

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that our team attracts the best talent to drive success in our property development projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the property development industry.
  • Acquire real estate agents and top professionals in the sector.
  • Lead the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms, social media, and job boards to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and report on key metrics.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in the property development sector.
  • Proven experience in acquiring real estate agents.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Those who speaks either Russian or Bulgarian or Croatian or Czech or Danish or  Estonian or  Finnish or  Greek or  Hungarian or  Irish or  Italian or  Latvian or  Lithuanian or  Maltese or  Polish or  Portuguese or  Romanian or  Slovak or  Slovenian or  Spanish and Swedish would be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.

 

Job Location: Dubai

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: Up to AED 20,000/ Month
