Our client is seeking a Foreman / Oil & Gas Supervisor to join their team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth project progress and timely completion.
• Lead and manage construction crews and subcontractors, assigning tasks based on project needs.
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and address concerns.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve any quality issues or deficiencies in construction work.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and investigate any incidents or near misses.
• Oversee procurement and management of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, progress, and incidents, preparing reports on project status.
• Act as the primary contact between project managers, clients, and crews, ensuring smooth communication.
• Identify potential project delays or risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

•  A diploma in civil engineering or a relevant qualification.
•  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil marine or similar experience especially construction of a berth structure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, first aid) are preferred.
•  Strong leadership, supervision, and coordination skills.
•  Ability to handle site activities and workforce management.
•  Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
•  Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Salary: QAR 6000/ Month
