Social Media Specialist

Job Brief:

Are you a skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist with a passion for driving lead generation and conversion? Then you are the one we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn campaigns to enhance online visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted social media strategies across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), SEO, and LinkedIn, to generate leads and boost business growth.
  • Convert inbound leads into contracts/ close the deals.
  • Generate necessary contents for ads and postings.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of paid advertising campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for B2B networking, lead generation, and building industry-specific connections.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize social media profiles and posts for SEO to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Regularly track and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media and digital marketing trends, as well as developments in the maritime and oil & gas sectors.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, specifically focusing on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong experience in at least one of the following industries: maritime, ship chandlers, oil & gas, offshore, or mining
  • Proven experience in generating leads through social media platforms and paid advertising.
  • Ability to create engaging content & Excellent understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns for better performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Location: DMC, Dubai 

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 5000/ Month
