Social Media Specialist

Job Brief:

Are you experienced in social media management and digital marketing? We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our client team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. If you have a knack for crafting compelling stories, engaging with online communities, and analyzing social media metrics to enhance performance, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with our team to create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify trends.
• Engage in community management to foster positive interactions with our audience.
• Collaborate with external marketing agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance our social media strategy.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools.

Experience with social media analytics tools.

Job Location: Dubai
