Job Brief:
Are you experienced in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury? Then you are the one we are looking for!
We are hiring a Senior Accountant – FP&A and Treasury to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and treasury activities, ensuring sound business decisions and overall financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- FP&A: Creating financial models, analyzing data, and providing insights to help the company’s management make strategic decisions
- Budgeting: creating and managing the company’s budget, including analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Forecasting: using historical data, internal resources, and market trends to predict future financial outcomes.
- Financial reporting: creating financial statements and reports for various departments.
- Risk management: identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as potential negative consequences from investments, M&A or business decisions.
- Strategic planning: defining short and long- term financial strategies and creating proposal to optimize performance.
- Decision-making support: advising company leadership on operational finance processes and significant business decisions.
- Financial modeling: building financial models to extrapolate financial outcomes.
- Trend analysis: analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and patterns.
- Scenario planning: preparing for various business outcomes
- Business intelligence: implementing business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
- Treasury: managing the company’s cash flow, investments, M&A, and risks. This role ensures the organization has enough cash to meet its obligations and prioritize capital efficiency:
- Cash management: monitoring and maintaining cash flow to ensure the business has enough funds.
- Cash forecast: Designing the cash forecast and monitoring on a regular basis
- Risk management: managing financial risk to ensure financial stability.
- Credit management: managing credit to ensure financial stability.
- Financial planning: planning for the organization’s financial needs.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field; CA, ACCA or CPA required.
- 10+ years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified and working in a fast-paced environment, delivering measurable results
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) and advanced Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Leadership and project management skills.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Physical Demands: In performing duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; occasionally required to stand, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and taste or smell; and regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds).
