Sales Representative – Photovoltaic Installations

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced Sales professional with a passion for renewable energy and a track record of success in the MEP/Construction sector? The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote photovoltaic installation services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong relationships with potential clients in the MEP sector.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements in the photovoltaic and MEP sectors.
• Prepare detailed sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related
• Minimum of 4 years of sales/business development experience in Dubai, specifically in the photovoltaic and/or MEP sectors.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance and client management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the photovoltaic market and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; any additional European languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 12000 to AED 15000 + Performance-Based Bonuses
