Restaurant Manager

Job Brief:

Are you passionate about sports and ready to manage a lively sports-themed restaurant? If yes, then you are the one we are looking for!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and service teams, and creating an engaging atmosphere for sports fans. You will lead and motivate the staff, manage inventory and financial reporting, and ensure the highest level of customer service, especially during busy game nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring efficient service during peak hours, especially on game nights.
• Cultivate a fun and vibrant atmosphere for sports enthusiasts.
• Lead and motivate the staff to provide outstanding service, creating an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and overall financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and analyze restaurant performance to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a sports bar or similar high-energy restaurant environment.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
• Those who knows European or Balkan or Caspian country languages would be highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A passion for sports and solid knowledge of major sports events.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 14,000 – 16,000 per month/Month
