Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management 

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely updates and communication.

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to provide updates and gather feedback.

Market Analysis and Client Acquisition 

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients in the real estate market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective client acquisition and retention strategies.

Conflict Resolution 

  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Documentation 
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress.
  • Prepare and present reports on client feedback, performance metrics, and project outcomes to senior management.

 

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the real estate or property development sector. 
  • Must be fluent in Russian language
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate development processes, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

 

Job Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000
