Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely updates and communication.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to provide updates and gather feedback.
Market Analysis and Client Acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients in the real estate market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
Conflict Resolution
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress.
- Prepare and present reports on client feedback, performance metrics, and project outcomes to senior management.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
- Must be fluent in Russian language
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate development processes, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
