We are seeking a high-calibre Project Manager to join our client’s team in driving complex industrial projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, safety regulations, and all relevant permits.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance using KPIs (CPI, SPI, EV, PV, AC).
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports and performance updates to the Project Director and stakeholders.
• Optimize team productivity while ensuring project goals and timelines are consistently met.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Min 15 years in the construction industry, with at least 7 years in a senior project management role.
• Must have prior experience in Saudi Aramco industrial projects.
• Must have led at least one multi-billion-riyal project as Project Manager.
• Proven leadership & strategic decision-making skills
• Strong communication & stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and scheduling
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/Dynamics AX preferred) & MS Office Suite
• High-level risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of industry codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices

Salary: SAR 40000/ Month
