Paralegal – Real Estate Department

Job Brief:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
• Conduct legal research and compile reports on relevant real estate matters.
• Prepare legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
• Manage the property due diligence process.
• Communicate with clients and other professionals in the real estate industry.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Keep abreast of changes in real estate law and the professional services industry.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional standards.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Paralegal in a Real Estate Department.
• Strong knowledge of real estate legal processes, documentation, and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents and contracts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Availability to join immediately.

Salary: AED 8000 – 12000/Month
