Marketing Manager

Job Brief:

Are you experienced in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and services? As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our real estate properties and services.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts.
• Coordinate and manage events such as open houses, property tours, and trade shows.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead-generation efforts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective and within budget.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 experience in marketing, out of it 5 years must be from the real estate industry in Dubai.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing software and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
