Job Brief:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to support organizational goals. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, including social media, TV, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis in Marine and Oil & Gas industries.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Write engaging content for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.).
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
- Build and maintain a CRM database of current and potential customers.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with team members and other departments.
- Collect and analyze information to prepare data and marketing reports.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- BSc/BA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Proven working experience of marketing with a minimum of 2 years.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., WebTrends).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
