Human Resource Generalist

Are you an experienced, highly energetic HR Generalist, then you are the one we are looking for? You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the selection process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of talent in the real estate industry.
  • Develops actionable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks based on data analysis and presents them to senior leadership for approval.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to recommend policies and activities that improve organizational culture, including strategies to attract and hire top talent, enhance employee engagement and retention, address staffing challenges, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Examines HR metrics and data to identify trends and patterns related to employee recruitment, retention, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Required Education / Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR in the UAE.
  • Previous experience within a real estate firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to identify top talent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Location: Dubai / Business Bay

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: 6000 AED – 7000 AED /Month
