We are seeking a dedicated and organized housekeeping supervisor to Join our client’s team, The successful candidate will be responsible for The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead a team of housekeeping staff, manage schedules, and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience working as a housekeeper as well as supervising female co- workers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements, including evenings and weekends or occasional travel with the family, if required.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping.
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high standards of cleaning and safety practices.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidate who speaks English and Tagalog is required
• Proven experience in housekeeping.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to fulfil work if the staff is absent
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as required.

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: Upto AED 7000 /Month
