Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Civil Engineering degree
• 1-2 years of UAE experience in building maintenance
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and maintenance practices.

Job Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: AED 5 to 6K/month
