Channel Sales Manager – Tyres

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the tyre industry? Do you have a knack for identifying distribution channels, managing client relationships, and driving sales across multiple countries? If so, you are the one we’re looking for!

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager for our client’s tyre division, specializing in reputed brands of tyres, to expand our market presence across Russian, CIS, and African countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Distribution Management

  • Identify, establish, and manage distribution channels across Russian, CIS and African countries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and send out sales reports, follow-up emails, and other communications on behalf of the company.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and business documentation.
  • Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

 

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing businesses with distributors/dealers of reputed tyres at a country level or across multiple countries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive market growth.
  • Experience in the Russian, CIS and African countries is preferred.

 

Job Location: Dubai

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: AED 15 – 20K/ Month + Incentives
