Bartender

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced Bartender passionate about creating memorable and engaging dining experiences? Then you are the one we are looking for!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and inform management of shortages.
• Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and constantly improve mixology skills.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Minimum 2 years as a Bartender in a high-energy environment.
• Prior experience working in Europe would be preferred
• Those who knows European or Balkan languages would be highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 5,000 + Generous Tips /Month
