Are you experienced in administrative roles and ready to apply your skills in a dynamic real estate environment? We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general administrative tasks and a proven ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively. Role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as proficiency in preparing and drafting documents in both languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support real estate operations.
- Prepare and draft a variety of documents, letters that include letter for RTA, land department, courts and other local authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions and leases
- Coordinate efficiently with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Provide secretarial assistance to MD
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, office management, or related field.
- Previous experience in administrative role is required.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven ability to prepare and draft documents accurately in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Type of Employment: Full Time/ Permanent
Salary: AED 7K to 8K/month
