A reputable company in Dubai is hiring a Tagalog-speaking Admin/HR Assistant to join their team and support daily operations in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR and management teams.

Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation.

Coordinate interviews and assist in the recruitment process.

Handle office communications, including emails and phone inquiries.

Track attendance and assist in payroll-related activities.

Support visa processing and liaise with PROs when needed.

Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.

Help organize internal events and support employee engagement initiatives.

Prepare reports and perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelors Degree

Min 2 years of re experience in administrative or HR roles is an advantage.
- Must be a Tagalog-speaking candidate currently based in Dubai.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Capable of multitasking and working independently.

Available to join immediately or on short notice.
