Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree (or relevant field) and experience in developing technical and commercial proposals for clients in the pipeline industry. This role requires a combination of engineering knowledge and sales expertise to identify opportunities, present solutions, and drive revenue growth. Reserved for Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pipeline sector, developing strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate pipeline solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements with clients.
• Analyze industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Work with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, or proposal writing within the pipeline, oil & gas, or energy industry.
• Understanding of pipeline systems, materials, and industry regulations
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client challenges and offer customized solutions.
• Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and proposal writing tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary:  Up to SAR 9K/ Month
