Sales Executive (Marine Background)

Job Brief:

Are you motivated sales professional proficient in generating leads and converting in to sales in maritime industry? If yes then you are the one we are looking for.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers at the sales by answering inquiries, providing items/ products information, and guiding the customers to make the best purchasing decisions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities/ new leads in the marine industry, including ship chandler / trade, repair & maintenance, and offshore services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client onboarding.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role from the maritime industry.
• UAE Driving license preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively assist and engage with clients.
• Fluency in English is required. Communication in Hindi or Malayalam would be added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary: AED 5000 / Month + Incentives
