Your expertise will be essential in fostering a high-performance culture, driving talent acquisition, and managing the overall employee experience in a property development setting.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in alignment with business needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize recruitment platforms, social media channels, and networking events to attract top talent.
HR Operations and Management:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Handle employee relations, resolving grievances, and managing disciplinary processes effectively.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Support the performance management process, including setting KPIs, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Training and Development:
- Identify training and skill development needs within the organization and design suitable programs.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the company.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by coordinating training sessions and development workshops.
HR Policy Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management and collaborate on long-term organizational planning.
- Monitor HR metrics to assess the impact of HR initiatives and optimize processes.
Culture and Engagement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment that reflects the company’s values.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in HR at the leadership level within property development/ Real estate industry.
- Must have studied in United Kingdom or any other European countries
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to drive decisions.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with a focus on fostering team collaboration and alignment.
