Reservoir Engineer

Job Brief:

Are you a skilled and dedicated reservoir engineer experience in reservoir engineering principles. We are looking for a professional to join our client’s team and ensure the reliability of Work. Key Responsibilities:

• Working experience and ability to interact and communicate effectively with specialists in geology, core and fluid analysis, petrophysics, simulation, drilling, completion and production and facilities.
• Working experience and strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles, fluid flow, and rock-fluid interactions,
• Working experience in reservoir simulation (black-oil), SCAL modelling, PVT modelling, reserves management, analytical forecasting methods.
• Formulate reservoir development, data acquisition, strategic surveillance and monitoring master-plans to ensure optimal development and depletion strategies.
• Lead, design and participate in integrated field reviews and field development plans.
• Lead and participate in reservoir engineering studies that include reservoir simulation modeling of various scenarios for improvement of ultimate recovery.
• Gather and validate dynamic data, including historical production data and well events.
• Forecast oil and gas production using analytical methods, including Decline Curve Analysis and Material Balance Analysis
• Analyze and interpret well data, including pressure, production and completion information to provide insights for reservoir optimization.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Having a Bachelor of science in petroleum engineering or related engineering discipline or Master’s degree (preferred).
• Having a minimum of 7 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the oil and gas industry. Interested in travelling on short business trips to Iraq.
