CARPENTRY SUPERVISOR

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced, highly energetic Carpentry Supervisor with a background in a furniture manufacturing industry? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing carpentry projects, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship, and leading a skilled team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee carpentry teams in furniture manufacturing facility.
• Ensure high-quality and efficient carpentry work.
• Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage carpentry materials and tools.
• Control project budgets and costs.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the carpentry or furniture manufacturing industry.
• A background in furniture manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiar with wooden finishing and color combination of paints.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Job Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

 Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month
