Bar Manager

Job Brief:

Are you an experienced Bar Manager with a passion for creating a lively and engaging sports bar atmosphere? Then you are the one we are looking for!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bar operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service during peak times, especially on game nights. You will ensure high standards of beverage quality and cleanliness while leading and motivating the bar staff to provide a dynamic customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bar operations, including stock control, ordering, and financial oversight.
• Lead and motivate the bar team, ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy periods, especially on game nights.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Train bar staff on service standards and mixology techniques to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Monitor bar performance, optimize processes, and adjust staffing to maintain efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on beverage trends, sports events, and promotions to create an exciting atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in bar management, preferably in a sports bar or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Those who knows European or Balkan or Caspian country languages would be highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations.
• Passion for sports and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere for fans.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operations during busy periods.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
